Waste Paper Yard:

We have a sizable space dedicated to storing raw waste paper. In our waste paper yard, we have space for about 9000–10,000 MT of waste paper. To manufacture premium Duplex Board Paper, we use premium waste paper. Duplex Board Paper consists of four fundamental layers.

Top Most Layer

We use fresh note books cutting, Pepsi cutting, Super White cutting, and Short Office Packs cutting, among other cuttings. Top Layer: imported waste paper of A grade.

Finishing House

Our automated sheet cutter ensures precise cutting every time, while our high-speed rewinding machine, automatic sailing, packing, and shrinking machines provide our clients with high-quality packaging and Duplex Board Paper.

Protective Layer

Super Imp. Record, Fresh Indian White Record, FBB, and White-cutting grade II are the materials we use for the Protective Layer.

Bottom Layer

Both imported and Indian news papers are used in the bottom layer.

Filler Layer

In the Filler Layer, we use both duplex cutting and imported mix waste.

Pulp Mill

In our pulp mill, we have the best system with the newest fully automated technology, such as:

  • Our machine can produce 6000 tons of material a month
  • Production: about 200 MT per day
